Job Description
Due to continued expansion, our client is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Melbourne, Vic. However the roile can work from anywhere remotely.
Key Resposibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Utilising network and generating new business opportunities within the mining, industrial and renewables sector.
- Preparing proposals for large-scale contracts, and negotiating push backs
- Travelling to sites across Vicrotia to build relationships & generate new projects
- Work alongside technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in the industrial sector
Skills & Experience
Energy, drive, and genuine interest in the sector
- Minimum of 3+ years sales experience in Victoria
- Technical expertise with (ideally) a background in engineering / electrical / trade
- Strong network across the industrial landscape, with on-site experience (can be across a variety of verticals)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client relationships across regions
