As a Consultant, you’ll be speaking with prospects from a list of contacts provided to you through the Sales Director. Your mission? Drive high-quality strategy sessions by building trust fast and creating urgency around the opportunity. You won’t be chasing leads — you’ll be creating value from the first call. Key Resposibilities

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing - Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling) - Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team. - Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs - Apply feedback fast, execute consistently, and show up sharp - Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every interaction. 🧠 Who You Are You don’t need Energy experience — we’ll teach you that.
