Job Description
This is a equity based role offering incentives and bonuses for the work that comes in as a result of the video content creation. The better the content the more business created. 30% of the net revenue after SGA and expenses willbe offered to the right candidate. You can expect to earn anywhere from $1,500 to $4,500 a month based on performance of the work you do. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual material, from conception to final edit, tailored for digital platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and company websites. They blend technical production skills with creative storytelling to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and connect with specific target audiences.
